4. Payment Terms

Our services are billed on a per-qualified-lead basis, with pricing ranging from $30 to $100 per lead depending on the service tier and campaign complexity. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Zetatech platform are owned by Zetatech and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service access. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zetatech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to the service will be discontinued, and any outstanding fees will become immediately due and payable.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
